a) Booking

b) Payment

• Payment can be made through various methods, including credit/debit cards, UPI, or cash.
• All payments must be processed prior to the ride, except for cash payments, which can be made to the driver at the end of the ride.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are subject to our Refund Policy. Users can cancel their bookings as outlined in that policy, and refunds will be processed accordingly.

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of TAXIGK services, you agree to:

TAXIGK is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
