a) Cancellation Before Pickup

  • Free Cancellation: You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time.
  • Cancellation Charges: If you cancel within 1 hour of the scheduled pickup time, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total fare will be charged.

b) No-Show Policy

  • If you do not show up for your scheduled pickup without prior cancellation, the full fare will be charged, and no refund will be issued.

2. Refund Process

a) Eligibility for Refund

Refund requests are eligible under the following conditions:

  • Double charges for the same booking.
  • Failure of service due to technical issues (e.g., the driver not arriving, vehicle breakdown).
  • Service dissatisfaction due to safety concerns (e.g., driver behavior, vehicle condition).

b) Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

3. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, the processing time may take 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Please note that refunds may not appear in your account immediately.

4. No Refunds on Special Promotions

Promotional fares and discounts may not be eligible for refunds. Any bookings made using promotional codes will be subject to the terms of that specific promotion.
